MiaoYan is a lightweight Markdown editor for macOS. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.
MiaoYan does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All your notes and files remain on your device or in your personal iCloud account.
If you enable iCloud, your notes are synced through Apple's iCloud service. MiaoYan does not have access to your iCloud credentials or data on Apple's servers. This sync is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
MiaoYan may access the network to render PlantUML diagrams via external services. No personal data is sent in these requests.
MiaoYan uses TelemetryDeck for anonymous, privacy-friendly usage analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected. You can learn more at TelemetryDeck's Privacy Policy.
MiaoYan does not integrate with any third-party advertising or tracking services.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
